公司承诺:

一、我公司设有专业售后服务人员为客户讲解仪器正常操作流程、操作注意事项及仪器的日常维护要求等指导;做到客户有问必答,有求必应。
二、我公司所有产品保修两年,在买到产品七个工作日内有产品质量包换新的产品,两年内产品部件质量问题造成产品损坏的免费修理(人为原因造成产品损坏的不在保修范围内),维修时间在收到产品时三天内完成(快递时间不计内)。
三、公司会不断的对使用者跟踪服务,力争服务完善化。
